Returns & Refunds
Proof Of Posting
It does not matter how long the parcel takes to get back to us, as long as you have obtained a receipt or Certificate of Posting which is stamped with a date within the 30 day period, your account will still be credited. A Certificate of Posting can be obtained free of charge from the Post Office or other company you may use to return your parcel and it will be stamped with the date on which you returned your parcel.
Should the parcel be delayed or lost in the mail, as long as you have a certificate of posting that states you sent the parcel back within the 30 days we will still issue you with a refund.
Should you wish to exchange a garment for an alternative size or colour, please fill in the form at the bottom of the despatch note that accompanied your parcel and send it back to us. We will not charge you extra postage to exchange an item, but you will have to send the parcel back to us at your own expense.
During the festive period the usual returns policy will apply - you will have 30 days from receipt of the order to return an item for a refund or 60 days for an exchange or a credit note.
